Food company director disqualified for employing illegal staff

The director of a cooked foods wholesaler has been disqualified for employing illegal workers in Birmingham.

Satinder Kumar, a director of RK Food No. 1 Limited, has been disqualified from holding a directorship in a company for 7 years. RK Food was found to have employed two workers in October 2013 and again in June 2014 who were not eligible to work in the UK.
